- Is there an installation fee, and what exactly does it cover?
- What are the actual specifications of the machine you're buying: size, capacity, payment options and monitoring features?
- How long has the company been operating, and in what part of the vending industry?
- Is the company easy to confuse with an unrelated business of a similar name, and if so, does it address that directly?
If an opportunity can't answer these clearly, treat that as a red flag.

Do you need a location secured before buying a Nibly machine?
No. If you already have a location in mind, such as an office, gym or similar space, we move forward with that location right away. If you don't have one yet, we help source a location for your machine so you can get your vending business underway.
Do we charge an installation fee?
No, we don't charge an installation fee.
What does the machine actually offer?
Our touchscreen vending machine has a 48 inch display, cashless payments, remote inventory tracking and real time sales monitoring. It measures 40 x 30 x 72 inches, offers 16 snack selections and 24 drink selections, and holds 160 to 480 items depending on configuration and product size. An optional smart locker is available for products that don't fit standard vending coils.

Is there another business with a similar name?
Yes, and we want to be upfront about it. Searches for "Nibly" sometimes turn up an unrelated company called Snacks to Go. That business has no connection to Nibly, Nibly Vending, Nibly Snacks or Cypress Vending Corp. If you've seen the two mentioned together, this is the correction: they're separate companies.
